Purpose

The University encourages self-improvement and career growth of regular, full-time employees through supplemental educational courses and programs of study.

The University waives the tuition for regular employees with a full-time equivalent (FTE) of 0.75 or greater.

In addition, the University recognizes the need to offer educational benefits to dependents of employees.

    The University recognizes a responsibility to enhance the staff employee’s opportunity to develop skills and abilities for full performance within the position and for career advancement potential within the University. both the department and the sector personnel office have a responsibility to assist in the staff development process in the following manner:
