Koru is an introduction to mindfulness and meditation. This 4-week experiential class designed to help individuals tune into their bodies by learning two to three skills per week for dealing with stress.
Each hour-long, in-person class focuses on a specific skill (breathing, meditating and yoga) to practice during the class and the week following it.

Whether you have ample experience with creative writing, or none at all, this workshop will provide opportunities to learn about each other and the world, through a lens of compassion and kindness, in a supportive environment that embraces diverse experiences and perspectives.
