Are you ready to quit smoking, tobacco use or vaping?

Quitting tobacco use, including e-cigarettes and vaping devices, can be hard, but becoming tobacco-free can be easier with the right help. Are you ready to quit tobacco for good? Will a supportive group environment with a certified tobacco coach and Freedom from Smoking facilitator help you achieve your goals? If you answered "yes" to these questions, our tobacco coaching program may be the program for you.

Based on the American Lung Association's Freedom from Smoking program, it is a proven way to quit smoking—and stay quit. This free, eight-week tobacco cessation program led by Jackie Carroll, MS, Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist, is offered twice per year. Participants will receive free nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) such as gum, lozenges or the patch. Registration is open now.

Would you prefer one-on-one consultations to help you quit?

Our certified tobacco coach will help you quit tobacco use through an individualized program specifically designed for your needs.

Like the group program, Jackie will provide you with scientifically-proven tools to help you quit for good. Also, you will receive free nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) such as gum, lozenges or the patch.

A three-fold approach

Quitting smoking, tobacco use or vaping is one of the best changes you can make for your health and well-being. We work with you in three ways.

Evaluation

  • What products do you use?
  • How is nicotine affecting your health?
  • How ready are you to quit?
  • What are your next steps?

Support

A supportive group with a certified tobacco coach or one-on-one personalized consultations and Freedom from Smoking facilitator will help you achieve your goals. The sessions will guide and encourage your personal journey. Build a quit plan, learn about triggers, cultivate coping skills, notice social barriers and create lasting lifestyle changes.

Cessation aids

We provide free nicotine patches, gum and lozenges.
