Mindful Self-Compassion Series
Research shows that self-compassion increases life satisfaction, happiness, self-confidence, body appreciation and immune function. Self-compassion decreases anxiety, depression, stress, perfectionism and shame. It is an opportunity to learn, practice and bring more self-compassion into our lives.
It is recommended you attend as many sessions as you can. Each session has unique content specific to that individual session. However, you can participate even if you can't attend all four sessions.
This series will be delivered via Zoom.

Week 3 – Loving kindness meditation
