If you are part of UKHC, you may request a new or revised WBT by emailing amda227@uky.edu.

How to Address/Report Issues Completing WBTs
 
If you are having trouble completing a WBT, please do the following:

1. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies – How do I clear my cache and cookies? 
2. Check to make sure your browser is up to date with the latest version.  
   1. For Windows PCs we recommend Chrome or Firefox.  Do NOT use Safari.  For a Mac computer, use Firefox.
3. Restart your computer.  
4. Reopen myUK Learning to complete the WBT.
