UK HealthCare New Employee Orientation Form

NOTE: This form is a request to register for session. This is not a guarantee that space is available.

Session start time
UKHC New Employee Orientation (UKHC NEO) begins promptly at 8:30 a.m. To help ensure a positive experience for all attendees and that no important information is missed, employees who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be required to attend a future orientation session and will be rescheduled accordingly.

Registration deadline
The deadline to register is noon on Thursday before the session.

UKHC NEO is conducted onsite at UK Chandler Hospital, Pavilion A, in Karpf Auditorium. Registered participants will receive additional details prior to their scheduled session.
