University SuperVision
When you begin a position at UK with supervisory responsibilities, we'll assign you to complete SuperVision. Currently, these courses are offered 100% online as instructor-led and web-based training.

Policies and compliance

Hiring and managing

It enables you to bring newly hired or transferred employees up to speed with the policies, processes, culture, expectations and day-to-day responsibilities of your department.
