University SuperVision 

When you begin a position at UK with supervisory responsibilities, we'll assign you to complete SuperVision. Currently, these courses are offered 100% online as instructor-led and web-based training.

Guided by an instructor, you'll get hands-on practice to learn new digital skills.

​Tuition assistance FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY

You have 6-8 credit hours per semester free for yourself or up to 50% off undergraduate-level courses for your family member.

University regulations and policies provide the framework for the University administration to comply with federal and state law, and to implement decisions by the Board of Trustees regarding the general administration and oversight of the University. It’s important to be familiar with these resources.

Hiring and managing
