University New Employee Orientation is sponsored by UK Federal Credit Union

All employees hired into regular staff (.5 FTE and greater) and WEPP positions are required to complete the online University New Employee Orientation (NEO) in myUK Learning within 30 calendar days of their first date of employment. During this session, employees receive information pertaining to benefits, University policies, and an overview of campus.

The online program will automatically be assigned to the new employee based on their start date in SAP, so it is critical that the new employee is entered into SAP in advance of their first day. Supervisors, please see more details about this and use our onboarding toolkit for all your new hires.

New employees are notified via email

After the new employee has been entered into SAP and has activated their linkblue account and email, they will receive an email letting them know the orientation has been assigned to them in myUK Learning.

For questions about University New Employee Orientation, please email newemployeeorientation@uky.edu.

UK HealthCare new employees attend additional orientation
