Once you receive a recommendation from Nayya and decide which benefits are best for you, you'll still need to log into myUK to make your selections.

Expanded Tier 1 coverage in Kentucky
Starting July 1, 2026, additional health care providers will be available at the lowest deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums on the Saver and PPO plans. Providers in this tier of coverage, known as Tier 1, now include:

Ashland: UK King’s Daughters
Morehead: UK St. Claire
Bowling Green: The Medical Center at Bowling Green
Pikeville: Pikeville Medical Center
This expansion allows any employee on the Saver or PPO plan to see those providers at the same level of coverage as employees who use UK HealthCare.

* Regular part-time and temporary employees (less than 0.75 FTE or work less than an average of 30 hours per week in a 12-month measurement period), who are not eligible for the UK credit toward the costs of coverage, pay this rate.
If you and your spouse both work at UK and are eligible for UK's credit toward health insurance, and you have dependents to cover on your health insurance plan, you may enroll in Combined Credit coverage at the employee + family level. Those monthly rates are:
- Saver: $210
- HMO: $239
- PPO: $360

These plans are available at group rate discounts exclusive to UK employees. They are employee-paid, flexible and designed to help protect your income, health and peace of mind, no matter where you are in life.
