The plan pays benefits directly to you. A $100 per year wellness benefit is also available.

Premiums are paid on a pre-tax basis from your paycheck. Coverage is portable, so you can continue your plan if you leave UK.

Full-time employees working at least half time are eligible to purchase this coverage. On-call pool nurses who are benefits-eligible may also enroll.
