Hiring Process and Onboarding New Employees
First impressions are powerful. Onboarding begins at the time of hire and ideally continues through an employee's first year of employment. It enables you to bring newly hired or transferred employees up to speed with the policies, processes, culture, expectations and day-to-day responsibilities of your department.
Supervisors, please use these resources as a framework to help onboard your new employees.
