Change to our pharmacy network

Kroger has announced it will withdraw from the national network of Express Scripts, which manages our pharmacy benefit through our health insurance plans. This was a national decision by Kroger that takes effect January 1.  You can view the full list of Express Scripts in-network pharmacies here.

FSA debit cards now usable at all UK Retail Pharmacies

We have great news for employees with a health care flexible spending account or health savings account! You can now use the debit card that comes with your FSA or HSA at all UK Retail Pharmacies and UK Retail Pharmacy Mail Order. For quick reference, to request a prescription refill and for UKHC Pharmacy locations go to UK Retail Pharmacies. You can also reach any of the retail pharmacy locations by calling 833-333-UKRx (8579).

EyeMed extends support to employees affected by flooding

EyeMed, provider of UK's vision insurance plans, has support available to covered employees who were affected by the recent flooding in eastern Kentucky. Covered employees in Breathitt, Clay, Floyd, Knott, Leslie, Letcher, Magoffin, Martin, Owsley, Perry, Pike and Wolfe counties can contact EyeMed for the following support:

$0 co-pays for medical and mental telehealth extended indefinitely

Continued from: $0 co-pays for medical and mental telehealth temporarily available UK-insured employees continue to have options for free, no co-pay telehealth. $0 co-pays began in April 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic will now remain at $0 indefinitely.
