Ensuring your prescriptions are safe, effective and low-cost

Included at no cost to you as UK health insurance member

We understand prescriptions can be costly, especially considering long-term medications. That’s why your prescription benefit includes a team of pharmacist advocates through Know Your Rx who you can contact when you need support.

We’ll help you with anything related to prescriptions

Make our team of pharmacists your go-to resource when you have questions.

Medication cost-savings

Did you know drugs with the same ingredients can cost different amounts? Brand names may be prescribed to you, but we can switch your medicines to less expensive alternatives that are just as effective. We’ll find these discounts for you and more.

Insurance changes

Changing employee insurance plans will not impact your prescriptions, but retiring or leaving the university might. We’ll explain and assist with continuity so you know how to continue receiving your prescriptions.

Health and interactions

Ask us about drug interactions and anything else related to your health and prescriptions. No question is too specific. Your consultation with us is personalized based on your exact prescriptions and insurance coverage.
