“I love having transformational conversations with individuals and groups that help people understand themselves more deeply, make sustainable changes, and live with greater purpose and joy.”
What is health coaching and how would it benefit you?
Like a coach helps an athlete develop and excel in a sport, a health coach can help you grow in the area you're looking to bring about positive change.
Our health coaches are here to support you. They won't tell you what you should do — they will ask you what you want to achieve, then supply you with tools, strategies and encouragement to help you reach your goals.
You can learn more in this video from certified UK HR health coach Amy Rodquist-Kodet.
Help in identifying needs and setting goals to meet them.
Everyone has different interests, needs and goals. Our health coaches use research-based strategies to help you set holistic goals.
In your four to eight free sessions, you and your coach will identify the areas you want to work on, and discuss the best ways to achieve them.
Even if you aren't sure what changes you need or how to begin making them, your health coach is available with encouraging support.
Sessions are available by phone, online or in person. Generally, a session lasts around an hour.

“Stay open, be kind to yourself as you make subtle changes that get you closer to who you want to be and how you want to feel" My wish is for people to pause, reflect and make meaningful choices that feel in harmony with their values.”
