Hello!  I’m Amy Rodquist-Kodet, MA, CHWC, a holistic health coach and wellness specialist for UK Health and wellness.  I earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota in Speech Communications & Urban Studies and a Master’s degree in Holistic Health Studies from St. Catherine University.  Many clients have described me as being curious, a deep listener, and having a zest for life. I love having transformational conversations with individuals and groups that help people understand themselves more deeply, make sustainable changes, and live with greater purpose and joy.
