Valuable feedback from 5,700+ campus employees

In 2019, we administered our UK@Work employee engagement survey for the third time. More than 5,700 faculty and campus staff provided their feedback. Overall, scores have improved or held steady in all 13 of our survey areas.

Notably, an overwhelming majority of our employees believe strongly in our mission and are proud to be associated with UK. We have also made great strides in creating a community where our employees feel they belong.

The survey also helps us identify our efforts to improve. Stress was one area clearly identified to address in our next steps.
