HR Business Partners

The HR Business Partners serve as strategic advisors and consultative partners to assigned client groups, helping leaders make informed workforce and organizational decisions that support business objectives. HRBPs provide guidance on workforce planning, employee relations, leadership effectiveness, organizational change, talent, and workforce-related challenges. They partner with leaders to proactively address people issues, build management capability, strengthen organizational effectiveness, mitigate risk, and support successful organizational change. HRBPs also provide workforce insights and guidance on the appropriate use and escalation of matters to HR Centers of Excellence and other specialized HR resources.
