Join us through this series as we discover how you can thrive at work, home and beyond. Each month, we will explore a different well-being topic through conversations with experts from our university community, hosted by Sebastian Calmes, wellness specialist; a new practice related to that topic, led by Amy Rodquist-Kodet, health coach; and a meditation with Jackie Campbell Carroll, health coach, to help you increase your resilience by improving your physical, mental, emotional, nutritional and financial health.
