With over 30 years of experience as a social worker, I've served diverse individuals across the lifespan. Prior to joining the Health and Wellness team, my 20+ years as a UK supervisor provided deep insight into the work-life balance challenges faced by professionals. I offer a collaborative, person-centered and strength-based therapeutic approach in a safe, supportive environment. Utilizing evidence-based modalities like DBT, CBT and SFBT, I address a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, substance misuse, burnout, work-related stress, interpersonal conflict, communication difficulties and grief and loss. I provide individual therapy and issue specific family counseling. I do not provide couples therapy.
