I have been fortunate to work as a therapist for over 25 years across diverse environments. During this time, I have connected with children, teens, adults and seniors from a wide range of cultural backgrounds, each contributing their own unique perspectives and values. My therapeutic style is centered on meeting you where you are in your life journey, using a blend of techniques tailored to your needs while emphasizing your strengths. I aim to create a safe, empathetic and non-judgmental environment where you can freely explore your thoughts and feelings, facilitating your healing and personal growth. I also believe in the healing power of laughter, and when the moment is right, we will share a laugh as we navigate through experiences together. Additionally, I have a passion for rocks and crystals.
