Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) Voucher Program Fresh food from local farms

• ·Members can log into their online account a few days before the CSA pickup to swap items and add others to their pre-selected share.
• Customers can add meat and/or eggs.
• Shares can be paused and credit can be used at a later date. All holds are managed through the website or by emailing customer service.
• We offer a CSA member picnic.
• We have a members-only Facebook group where CSA members share recipes, cooking tips and inspiration with each other.
• Weekly email newsletter and reminders are sent to members as well as a monthly farm newsletter.

1. Go to: https://www.barrfarmsky.com/csa. 
2. Review the details for Veggie CSA Shares including the benefits, share sizes, and pricing, and then select the “Join The CSA” button. 
3. If you are a new CSA member, select the “create an account” link to get started. Provide an email and password. If you are a returning CSA member, start by logging in to Local Food Marketplace. Select the person icon at the top right and “Login” from the dropdown. 
4. Choose your location (aka preferred CSA pickup) from the dropdown menu. 
5. Select the green “Subscribe” button next to the share size you want (Abundant, Regular, Small). 
6. Select your frequency as “weekly”. 
   1. Note: UK H&W CSA vouchers are ONLY eligible for weekly veggie shares. 
7. Select your payment plan (Single Payment OR 4 payments) and click “Add to Cart”. 
8. Go to the shopping cart icon in the top right and select “Checkout”. 
9. Look over your account and distribution information. Check the box to add a note for your subscription, and enter your LinkBlue ID. 
10. Review the agreement and cancellation policy and select the “I agree” box. 
11. Under the payment information section, add the voucher code in the promo code box. Check to make sure this discount was applied to your total due now. 
12. Enter a credit card by clicking the pencil next to the words “No credit card on file” or updating payment information as needed. 
13. Then click the “Confirm Subscriptions” button.

2. Review the details for Elmwood’s Summer CSA vegetable share, including links to CSA Plans & Pricing, Benefits of CSA, and the share size descriptions.
3. Once you have made your selection click on the “Sign Up 2025” button.
4. Select the “Make an Account” link to get started.
5. Once you are signed in, click on the “CSA signup” tab at the top.
6. Choose your location from the dropdown menu.
7. Then select your share size by clicking the “Subscribe” button next to the veggie share you want (Mini, Regular, Robust).
8. Specify your payment plan (Single Payment, 2 payments, or 4 payments) and click “Add to Cart.”
9. Go to the shopping cart icon in the top right and select “Checkout”. 
10. Look over your account and distribution information. Check the box to add a note for your subscription, and enter your linkblue ID.
11. Review the agreement and cancellation policy and select the “I agree” box.

• All CSA members select their items at the market stand which gives each participant the chance to pick and choose the items they want in their share.
• If a member is unable to pick up their share they are not billed for that week.
• CSA member benefits include a pumpkin u-pick.

2. Select the “Join Now” button for the 2025 Vegetable Buyers Club CSA.
3. Select the 2025 Vegetable CSA Buyers Club from the online store.
4. Review the details for the 2025 Vegetable CSA Buyers Club including market pickup options.
   1. Note: the Vegetable CSA Buyers Club offers flexibility on when and where you pick up your produce, but UK employees using a CSA voucher must commit to a minimum of 20 weeks in order to participate in the UK H&W wellness program.
5. Add your shirt size from the drop-down menu.
6. Review the trial monthly meat share options and check the box if interested.
7. Select the “Join/Renew” button to complete your purchase.
8. Click the cart icon in the top right of the screen to checkout.
9. Add your UK H&W voucher code in the coupon code box and select “Apply”.
   1. Note: Hickory Grove Farm can only accept a $200 voucher because the Vegetable Buyers Club is the equivalent of a regular share.
10. Select “Continue to Payment” to complete your transaction.
11. Fill out your Contact and Payment information.
12. Add your LinkBlue ID in the box that says “Add a note for the seller” on the right-hand side.
13. Once you have filled out all your information, select “Place Order”.

2. Review the details for Lazy Eight Stock Farm’s CSA farm share memberships, including share sizes, pricing, farm share add-ons, and pick-up locations. Once you have made your share selection click “Purchase A CSA Membership”.
3. Select your desired CSA pickup location and select the “Next” button at the top of the screen.
4. Choose your share size (Small, Regular, Extra Large) and click “Add.” Then select the “Next” button.
5. Review the payment plans (Payment in Full OR 4 installments) and select your choice.
6. Enter your UK H&W voucher code in the promotion code box below and click “Apply”. Then select the “Next” button.
7. If you are a new CSA member, select the “Create account with Facebook” or “Create account with Email” button. If you are a returning customer, select the second tab to log in with your email and password.
8. Enter your contact information. Add an additional contact if desired and click “Next.”
   1. Note: Make sure the name you register with is the same as your voucher application.
9. Select your preferred payment method (Debit/Credit Card OR Check).
10. In the comment box below, add your LinkBlue ID. This is required to verify your voucher code.
11. Then check the box that says “I have read and agree to the terms & conditions of Lazy Eight Stock Farm”.
12. Select “Checkout” at the top of the screen. Complete payment information as requested

• All shares are customizable every week. We will email you a few days ahead of your pickup to let you know what the default share is for the week, plus all the available items on the farm that can be swapped and added to your delivery for that week. All customization is done during your store access hours using our simple online platform. If you choose not to customize your box for the week, you will still get a great curated box of items from us.
• Pause your share ahead of time, and you won't get a delivery that week. Your available balance will carry over for future weeks. You don't pay for the deliveries that you won't use.
• Farm tours, farm dinners and volunteer workdays. Most events are open to the public.
