How it works

We offer a personal training program, designed to help you meet your fitness and health goals through one-on-one training with an exercise specialist. Here's how it works: 

  1. Sign up for the Intro package, which includes:
    1. One consultation (fitness assessment, goal setting and plan-making)
    2. Two full-hour personal training sessions
  2. Attend all three sessions in the initiation packet.
  3. Congratulations! You are now able to book sessions from our personal training packages. 

Session options

Intro packages: $65
Single session: $35
5-session package: $125
10-session discount price: $230

You can cancel up to 12 hours before your session. After that, you will still be charged. Personal Training is only open to MoveWell or All-Access members. You are eligible to sign up after your membership orientation.

My name is Don Lee, and I am a personal fitness trainer with UK HR Health and Wellness. I bring over fifteen years of experience in the fitness field, having supported numerous clients in achieving their individual goals.

I've been in the fitness industry and a personal trainer for twenty years, including ten with UK HR Health and Wellness. I enjoy helping my clients improve their health and well-being and meet their individual fitness goals.

I'm Lexie Mattingly, a personal fitness trainer with UK HR Health and Wellness. I bring over eight years of experience in the health and wellness industry, and have worked with individuals at many stages of their wellness journeys. I specialize in HIIT and circuit training and am especially passionate about coaching women’s strength training. I am passionate about helping people find a holistic and individualized approach to health and fitness, and I am excited to work with the UK community.

I am certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT).
