Join UK HR Work-Life and Well-Being experts for explorations and strategies of the mind-body connection as it relates to self-care and mental health.

Participants will learn how exercise increases brain chemicals for better mood, less stress and more feel-good hormones, how food choices and meal timing can affect mood and emotional balance and be provided with 3 or more evidence based positive psychology interventions that support overall well-being.
