The application period for the 2025 WELD – Faculty and Staff Leadership Development program is now open. Applications will be accepted until January 17, 2025, and recommendations must be submitted by January 22, 2025. All application materials and recommendations must be submitted for consideration by the selection committee. Participants for the 2025 WELD program will be announced in late February 2025.
The WELD program seeks to develop a new generation of leaders of higher education who can adeptly navigate our complex environment and successfully chart the future of the University of Kentucky.
