I'm Vanessa Oliver, a Registered Dietitian at UK. I have a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky in English and a Master’s Degree in Dietetics and Hospitality Administration. I am passionate about whole foods, local farms, and a sustainable lifestyle, with focuses on culinary nutrition and plant-based diets.
