Well-being Manager of UK Health and Wellness

Jody Ensman, MS, has served as the Well-being Manager at UK HR Health and Wellness since 2003. In her role, she oversees the strategic direction and administration of well-being support and resources. Before joining UK, she held several key management roles,  for major global companies such as Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems, Owens Corning World Headquarters, Ford, and General Motors. Jody earned her Bachelor of Science in Health & Physical Education from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and her Master of Science in Kinesiology & Health Promotion, focusing on Corporate Wellness, from the University of Kentucky.
