- Letters of Resignation
- Letters given for lack of work, elimination of a position or any reason leading to reduction in staff
- Contracts that have not been renewed
- Misconduct issues
- Written and oral warnings on disciplinary issues
- Suspensions
- Extended probationary periods of employment
- Records of absenteeism and/or tardiness
- Inappropriate or unsuitable job performance
