All your telehealth and prescription delivery options

You can still receive prescriptions and quality care from a distance. Due to COVID-19, we have expanded telehealth cost coverage. Through January 21, 2021, your cost will be fully covered for any telehealth visit (including mental health) with any provider who takes your insurance. That means $0 co-pays.



For prescription refills, UK health insurance members always have the option of mail delivery. Request mail delivery for prescriptions in advance for a 30- or 90-day supply from Express Scripts, your prescription benefit manager. This safe, no-contact service may even save you money because you’re ordering a larger supply. For bulk supplies and one-time prescriptions, UK HealthCare retail pharmacies offers curbside pickup and free mail delivery. 



For medical and mental health care visits, you have several options. All of these telehealth appointments connect you with a health professional by video. 



Telehealth for medical appointments  

• LiveHealth Online at no cost to you
• UK HealthCare Telecare with your regular provider at no cost to you through April 21, 2021
• UK HealthCare Urgent Telecare for acute-onset symptoms at no cost to you through April 21, 2021

Telehealth for mental health appointments  

• mental health therapists with five free therapy sessions a year 
• LiveHealth Online at no cost to you through April 21, 2021
