Hinge Health is a free benefit for your back and joint health. It provides all the tools you need to get moving again from the comfort of your home. You’ll get exercise therapy tailored to your condition and a personal care team of experts. Best of all, it’s free, 100% covered as part of your UK health insurance plan.
WINFertility
WINFertility provides fertility and family-building benefits, including access to support for adoption and surrogacy services. This benefit is available with any of our UK health insurance plans.
As with other medical care, you must meet your plan’s deductible before benefits take effect. Benefits include a lifetime maximum of $10,000 for medical procedures and $5,000 for prescriptions. No referral is required. However, a prior authorization must be completed for all fertility treatments. Your provider must be within the Anthem network. You can either call your provider to confirm they accept Anthem insurance, or you can search www.anthem.com. There is no age limit to access benefits. In addition to benefits for fertility treatments, this coverage includes discounts with a national network of agencies offering a full range of services and provides education to help navigate the surrogacy process. Adoption services include concierge member services and a patient portal.

Building Healthy Families
Anthem is offering the new Building Healthy Families (formerly Future Mom) comprehensive resource through the UK health insurance plan. It offers 24/7 access to personalized prenatal through post pregnancy content including digital tools, live health coaches, a library of educational articles and videos, access to a maternity nurse, and lactation support through the SydneySM Health mobile app or on anthem.com.
