Framing what matters: A watercolor reflection hands-on experience
We'll make watercolor windows and frame the thoughts and ideas we want to look toward and carry along with us. Together, we'll practice choosing what we give our attention to. No artistic experience is needed, just a willingness to pause, create, and reflect. Join Renee Gallagher, M.Ed. with the Arts for Well-Bing in Academic Medicine Program and fellow UK caregivers for this unique hands-on activity at the Gatton Student Center Room 331.
NOTE: This is a live event and registration is required.
