Gratitude jar of hearts: Self-compassion and gratitude hands-on activity
Gratitude is more than simply saying thank you. It’s a powerful practice that can boost happiness, improve relationships, and enhance overall wellbeing. A gratitude jar is an effective method of documenting and reflecting on the positives in life. Writing down things you are grateful for on small slips of paper and placing them in a jar every day will help instill a daily ritual of practicing gratitude. This keepsake will be there if you need a pick-me-up, just take out a note to remind yourself of what is good in your life. Join Rhonda Henry, UK Mental Health Therapist, and fellow UK caregivers, for this live hands-on activity at the Gatton Student Center Room 331.
