ADHD doesn’t end in childhood—and for many adults, it may not be recognized or diagnosed until later in life. Whether you have a diagnosis, recognize ADHD-related challenges in yourself, or work alongside someone who does, understanding how ADHD can show up in adulthood can make a meaningful difference.

This interactive workshop will explore common myths and misconceptions about ADHD, expectations versus the realities of living and working with ADHD, and the ways ADHD may affect focus, organization, time management, communication, relationships, and daily life. Participants will gain practical strategies and tools designed to help navigate challenges, leverage strengths, and create conditions for greater success and well-being at work and in life.
The goal is not simply to manage ADHD, but to better understand how it works—and discover practical ways to thrive.

NOTE: Open to all UK employees with a diagnosis, those that suspect they have ADHD, but are not diagnosed and those seeking to better understand ADHD in adults.

Presenter: Ann Bassoni, LCSW, UK Mental Health Therapist
