Navigating Beyond Conflict
Led by Mallory Griffith
The differences we bring to the workplace are a powerful source of creativity, innovation, and fresh perspectives. But those same differences can also lead to misunderstandings, tension, and conflict. When left unaddressed, conflict can quickly escalate, impacting relationships, team dynamics, and business results.
In this course, participants will learn to recognize the early warning signs of conflict, understand what may be driving it, and respond effectively before situations escalate. They’ll also gain practical strategies for navigating difficult conversations, resolving conflict when it arises, and moving forward productively.
By building the skills to address conflict early and constructively, employees can strengthen relationships, reduce its negative impact, and create a workplace where differences become a catalyst for better ideas, stronger collaboration, and better results.
