Natalie Lindgren, Training & Development Manager

With nearly 30 years of experience leading people and processes, Natalie Lindgren brings a practical, people-focused approach to her role as HR Manager of Training and Development. Her career spans consumer banking, operations, training, and coaching, including leading teams that developed employees, managers, and executives in areas ranging from compliance to effective leadership and people management.
