This in-person only activity takes work-life boundaries from concept to practice. Participants will engage in an interactive activity designed to bring their boundaries to life, build your boundaries toolkit, map out where your boundaries currently stand, and identifying areas where stronger limits could create more freedom, balance, and clarity in both your work and personal life. Whether you're new to boundaries or building on prior knowledge, you'll leave with a clear, actionable framework to carry forward.

NOTE: Offered in-person ONLY in Room 331 of the Gatton Student Center. Will not be recorded. Must attend to participate.

Presenter: Natese Dockery, PhD, LPCA (KY), LPC (OH), Clinical Assistant Professor & Extension Specialist for Mental Health and Well-being, UK School of Human Environmental Sciences
