The fundamental impact of fathers on family well-being

In this workshop, participants will explore the importance of positive father engagement and its impact on children, families, and communities. We will discuss the benefits of involved fatherhood, examine common barriers to engagement, and identify practical strategies for increasing awareness of the vital role fathers play. Participants will also learn ways to better support fathers and strengthen father-inclusive practices within their work and communities.
