Supervisor strategies for supporting working caregivers
Supervisors, managers and leaders, this workshop is for you. Caregivers of children and/or aging loved ones (even pet care) may experience extra stress and mental load as they seek to be productive at work and advance their careers. They may need some flexibility and proactive planning to be successful. The schedule and responsibilities that they manage may have widespread effects on their work productivity and work team. We will share some strategies to help supervisors and managers effectively support employees balancing caregiving obligations and work responsibilities. Join this session to learn some strategies for how supervisors can support and engage effectively with their employees that are working caregivers.
