While this is a comprehensive series, participants are invited to sign up for any or all of the individual sessions.

Physical activity is a cornerstone of health during hormonal shifts. In this session, Dr. Davidson will explore how to adapt your fitness routine to support your body's changing needs, focusing on:

  • Flexibility: Maintaining mobility through stretching and intentional movement.
  • Adaptability: How to stay active and energized throughout the menopausal transition.
