Quality rest and emotional resilience are vital during menopause. In this session, our experts will explore:
 
  • Better sleep: Strategies for improving sleep quality and managing common nighttime wake-up challenges.
  • Stress reduction: Tools for mindfulness, meditation and self-compassion to build daily resilience.
  • Body acceptance: Cultivating a positive relationship with your body through change.
