MIEA Mindfulness Retreat (formerly Koru Mindfulness Retreat)
The MIEA Retreat is an evidence‑based mindfulness experience designed to help reduce stress and anxiety while enhancing sleep quality and self‑compassion. Mindfulness practices can also foster greater connection, presence and flow in everyday life.
Jackie Carroll, a certified mindfulness instructor, will facilitate this half‑day silent retreat, which is open to anyone interested in an immersive mindfulness experience—no prior practice required.
The retreat incorporates core mindfulness skills along with additional reflective techniques to support a sense of calm, spaciousness and inner stillness, offering participants dedicated time to pause, reflect and reset.
