Better Sleep Group Coaching
Join us for this 4-week, online Better Sleep Group Coaching series, designed to help you build intentional sleep habits and experience more restorative rest. Led by UK Health and Wellness coaches Amy and Jackie, this interactive series offers a supportive, comprehensive approach to meeting your individual sleep goals.
Participants will learn how to optimize their bodies and environments for better sleep, set realistic and meaningful sleep goals and overcome common barriers within a supportive group setting.
Through expert coaching, research-based sleep strategies and shared group insights, you’ll develop personalized action plans to promote more consistent, restful sleep.
Sessions will be held on March 3 and 10, and April 7 and 14.
While attendance at all sessions is strongly encouraged, each session will be recorded and shared with all registrants.
