Work-life workshop on maintaining work-life harmony for self-care
Everywhere you go, you see and hear about some aspect of self-care. What is self-care, and what does it have to do with work-life harmony? It’s no secret that managing one’s work and life commitments can be challenging. Self-care is an important aspect of this journey. Self-care is personal just like managing ones’ work-life. This workshop will explore personal and professional strategies that can improve your work-life harmony and positively impact your self-care commitment. We will share myths, pitfalls, and strategies that can make a positive difference in your efforts to develop healthy work-life routines and practices.
