Getting (Re)Started with Fitness series: Resources
The Getting (Re)Started with Fitness is a four-week series for beginners or those individuals who have not been consistent with exercise. This series is designed to build on the information from the week before, so it's recommended that individuals register for all four of the presentations.
In this fourth and final session, Carrie Davidson, exercise physiologist with UK HR Health and Wellness, helps you better understand the resources available to you on and off campus, online or out in nature.
