The Getting (Re)Started with Fitness is a four-week series for beginners or those individuals who have not been consistent with exercise. Each presentation is designed to build on the information from the week before, so it's recommended that individuals register for all four. 

In this third session, Carrie Davidson, exercise physiologist with UK HR Health and Wellness, will show you how to use the SMART goals worksheet to create specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and time bound goals.

    • Are you located on or off campus? What equipment do you have available to you? Better understand resources available to you online or in nature.

Note: If you are unable to attend all four of the presentations in this series, they will be recorded. All registered participants will receive the recordings.
