We are all seeking strategies to help us on our work-life management journey. Meditation can help us manage some of the mental and emotional challenges. As we manage our personal and professional responsibilities sometimes, we need reminders that we are only human. Research shows that self-compassion increases life satisfaction, happiness, self-confidence, body appreciation and immune function. Self-compassion decreases anxiety, depression, stress, perfectionism, and shame. This workshop will provide an opportunity to learn and practice a self-compassion meditation. Whether you’re needing encouragement, a reset, or some research-based tools rooted in self-compassion and mindfulness, join us for this 30-minute meditation. You’ll come away with ideas you can use right away to support you on your work-life harmony journey.
