Mindful Self-Compassion series
Research shows that self-compassion increases life satisfaction, happiness, self-confidence, body appreciation and immune function. It decreases anxiety, depression, stress, perfectionism and shame. It's an opportunity to learn, practice and bring more self-compassion into our lives.
Each session has unique content specific to that individual session. However, you can participate even if you can't attend all four sessions.
