Amanda Schagane is a Senior Organizational Development Specialist with Enterprise Learning at UK HealthCare, where she brings more than 14 years of experience in organizational development, career consulting and higher education. In her role, she helps advance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement through leadership training, needs assessments, focus groups, team-building sessions and one-on-one coaching. She also oversees leadership development initiatives such as the Provider Emerging Leaders Program (PELP) for physicians and advanced practice providers.
In addition to her work at UK HealthCare, Amanda teaches Strategic and Professional Communication as an adjunct faculty member in the College of Communication & Information. She holds multiple advanced credentials in the field of career and organizational development, including certifications in CliftonStrengths, MBTI, DISC, Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i 2.0), and several national counseling and coaching designations.
Amanda has published with the National Career Development Association, served as past president of its Kentucky chapter, and contributed regularly to the Lexington Herald-Leader on topics related to careers and the workplace. A proud triple alumna of the University of Kentucky, she holds a BA in Psychology, a Master’s in Counseling Psychology, and a Certificate in Business Administration.
