Led by Robert Hays
Robert Hays is a Senior Training & Development Specialist with the University of Kentucky Human Resource’s Training & Development Office. He facilitates courses and retreats with focuses on leadership, communication, and teamwork. Robert has prior professional experience in college and university administration as both the Associate Director of the Bepko Learning Center at IUPUI, and the Learning & Teaching Associate at the University of Dayton where he attained his master’s degree.
