Jackie earned two degrees from UK, a bachelor’s in Exercise Science and a master’s in Health Promotion. She is a 500-hour registered yoga teacher, Nia blue belt and a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach.

Her holistic coaching experience over the past 15 years has helped people see their truest essence as it relates to health and encourages folks to learn to nourish their body and spirit to live freely and lightly as our souls are meant to live.
