Men's Healthy Habits and Sleep (Week 5)
Practical Tools for Men's Health is a comprehensive six-week series designed to empower participants with the knowledge, research-based tools and support they need for better health and well-being.
Each session will focus on a specific well-being area that can impact men's health, and participants are encouraged to sign up for any (or all!) of the sessions.
The small choices you make add up—and sleep is a huge part of that picture. Join health coach, Amy Rodquist-Kodet as she explores how habits shape health and share strategies to improve sleep quality, build sustainable routines, and support energy, focus, and mood. This session is about setting yourself up for success in a way that feels achievable and aligned with your goals.
This session will be delivered via Zoom! This session is open to UK faculty and staff, retirees, and their spouses.
